About this blog

PrintThe purpose of this blog is to give me opportunity to think out loud. Faith is personal, but never private, and I hope you’ll be encouraged, challenged or stimulated by some of what I write.  I’d love it if you return the favour and comment or join the conversation. In some small way I hope it will be of service to you in your journey and an encouragement.

A disclaimer: what I write on this blog will be my personal views in any given moment and does not necessarily represent the views of the membership, leaders or staff team of PBC. I don’t expect people to agree with everything I say… life would be very boring if they did!

  1. Hi Wayne
What an awesome week you have had, is it really wrong to say I am jealous of your experience?!
I am so pleased that our church has let you go and taste this fabulous city and church – your writing is wonderfully pictorial. A lot of your wonder, joy and amazement reminds me of how I felt visiting Toronto Airport Fellowship for a conference – it was mind blowing!
We are truly blessed to have you as our pastor. Thank you for all that you do.
    Blessings,
    Jo

  2. Thanks Jo for your encouragement, particularly about my writing. I thought I’d been doing a terrible job of capturing and conveying how rich the experience has been for me; the people, the places, how God has spoken. My prayer now is that God will water the seeds that have been planted!

  3. Hi Wayne,
I just wanted to compliment you on your awesome blog. Your church looks great too. I am a Methodist Minister in South Africa and it is good to connect with other Pastors around the world. We lived in the UK for 2 years in 2000/1. We loved it.
    Blessings my friend,
